Individual counselling

Individual counselling also known as therapy or psychotherapy, is a form of mental health support where I work one-on-one with you to help explore thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences.

During individual counselling sessions, you will have the opportunity to explore your concerns, challenges, and goals in a safe and confidential environment

Individual counselling can address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

  1. Depression.

  2. Anxiety.

  3. Relationship problems.

  4. Stress management.

  5. Trauma and post-traumatic stress.

  6. Grief and loss.

  7. Self-esteem and self-confidence issues.

  8. Career and life transitions.

  9. Substance abuse and addiction.

  10. Anger management.

  11. Family conflicts.

The duration and frequency of individual counselling sessions can vary depending on the individual's needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term counselling to address specific issues, while others may require longer-term therapy for more complex or ongoing concerns.
